By creating an account or using Oskuo, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the service. Oskuo is operated by Measured Collective Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, including your password and any multi-factor authentication methods.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Oskuo. Each account is for a single individual — shared logins are not permitted. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
You agree not to:
You retain ownership of all content you create using Oskuo, including conversations, documents, and files. We do not claim ownership of your content. We do not use your content to train AI models.
You grant us a limited licence to process your content solely to provide the service to you. This licence terminates when your account is deleted.
Credentials you provide for third-party services (such as API keys, OAuth tokens, and application passwords) are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM and used only to execute your requested actions.
We do not access, log, or share your credentials beyond what is necessary to operate the connectors you have enabled.
Oskuo integrates with third-party services including, but not limited to, OpenRouter, Stripe, and Firebase. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Prices are as displayed on our pricing page at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

Each plan includes weekly usage limits covering tokens, searches, fetches, transcription, and image generations. Limits reset weekly. Exceeding limits may result in temporary service restrictions until the next reset period.
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime or service interruptions.
Oskuo, its logo, and associated branding are the property of Measured Collective Ltd. You may not use our branding without written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oskuo and Measured Collective Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes have been communicated constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
