Refunds and Disputes

Free trial

New accounts start with a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not subscribe before the trial ends, your account will be limited until you choose a plan.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or via the Stripe billing portal. When you cancel:

Refunds — monthly plans

We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first payment on a monthly plan, provided you have not exceeded 50% of your weekly usage limits. After the 7-day window, monthly payments are non-refundable. If you cancel mid-cycle, you retain access until the end of the billing period but no partial refund is issued.

Refunds — annual plans

Annual plans may be refunded within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not exceeded 50% of your weekly usage limits. After the 14-day window, annual payments are non-refundable. You retain access until the end of the annual billing period.

Plan changes

When upgrading, you are charged the prorated difference immediately. When downgrading, the new price takes effect at the start of the next billing period. No refund is issued for the remainder of the current period when downgrading.

Billing disputes

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, please contact us at hello@oskuo.com before opening a dispute with your bank or card provider. We aim to resolve billing issues within 2 business days. Opening a chargeback without contacting us first may result in account suspension while the dispute is being investigated.

Service credits

If Oskuo experiences significant downtime (more than 24 consecutive hours) that affects your ability to use the service, you may request a pro-rata service credit for the affected period. Contact hello@oskuo.com with details of the outage.

How to request a refund

Email hello@oskuo.com with your account email address, the date of the charge, and the reason for your refund request. We will respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed via Stripe and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days.
