Upgrading Your Plan
How to upgrade from Starter to Plus, switch between monthly and annual billing, and manage your subscription.
How to upgrade
- 1 Open Account from the sidebar
- 2 Click Manage subscription
- 3 You'll be taken to the Stripe billing portal where you can change your plan, switch billing interval, or update payment details
Switching between monthly and annual
- info You can switch at any time from the billing portal. Annual plans offer a discount.
- info When you switch, Stripe prorates the change — you'll be credited for unused time on your current plan.
Downgrading
- info You can downgrade from Plus to Starter the same way.
- info The change takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Cancellation
- info To cancel, use the billing portal. Your access continues until the end of the paid period.
- info Data is retained for 30 days after cancellation.
