Managing Your Team
Invite team members, manage roles, and control connector permissions in your Oskuo workspace.
How teams work
When you sign up, a personal workspace is created for you automatically. This is your team. You're the owner. You can invite others to join, and your billing switches to per-seat team pricing when you do.
Inviting members
- 1 Open Team Settings from the sidebar
- 2 Click Invite member
- 3 Enter their email address — they'll receive an invitation link
- 4 Once they accept, they join your team and get their own private conversations within the shared workspace
Roles
- check_circle Owner — full access: billing, connector permissions, team settings, member management, audit log
- check_circle Member — can use the app, connect personal connectors, and manage their own settings
Connector permissions
- info Team owners control which connectors are available to the team from Team Settings → Connectors
- info For each connector, you can enable or disable it for the entire team
- info Choose between shared credentials (one set of credentials for everyone) or personal credentials (each member connects their own account)
- info Control which specific tools are available within each connector
Removing members
- info To remove a member, go to Team Settings → Members and click Remove
- info You'll need to re-enter your password for security
- info Their conversations and data remain in the workspace
- info When the last member besides you is removed, billing reverts to Solo pricing
Audit log
Team owners can view an audit trail of security-relevant actions from Team Settings → Audit Log. This includes credential access, member changes, permission changes, tool usage, and MFA events.
